Concerned Mahila Morcha urges President of India for stern measures
SILCHAR, Dec 26: Deeply worried and concerned at increasing incidence of crimes against women across the country and the heinous outraging of modesty of a medical college student in the national capital of Delhi, BJP Mahila Morcha of Cachar today submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner of the district addressed to the President of India, urging him to take a serious view of the phenomenon and to exercise his good offices for enactment of stricter laws to deal with the situation.
