Silchar Kennel Club dog show on February 17
SILCHAR, Jan 9: Silchar Kennel Club under the aegis of Kennel Club of India will hold an open dog show-cum-registration programme on February 17. On the occasion, all unregistered pure breed dogs will be registered under KCI guidelines which will be testified and certified by the empaneled judges of KCI present in the show.
