Dynastic politics cast its shadow over Barak Valley
SILCHAR, Jan 18: There is a very old saying that nothing lasts forever. Since the advent of time, it has been the law of nature that one has to replace the other, just as the dynasty of very old rulers where the king was succeeded by his son or daughter. Politics in Barak Valley has witnessed a similar trend of succession. In simple words, politics here is like family heirloom.
