Cultural activists fume over arbitrary decision of district library authority
SILCHAR, Dec 14: The cultural activists of the town under the banner of Sammilita Sanskritik Mancha, a conglomerate of 36 organizations, today expressed their ire at the “arbitrary and whimsical” decision of the district library authority to cancel the scheduled booked programmes of the Mancha slated for three months which began from last Tuesday (December 11).
