Hmar People’s Convention - Democrats (HPC-D) has hinted that it will resume talks with the representatives of Mizoram Government after new year. A self-styled Major of the outfit, who prefers to remain anonymous, said when contacted over telephone, “We will like to hold further dialogue with the government of Mizoram after the new year celebrations.” He was confident of a successful outcome of talks if everything went on smoothly.
