Governor takes stock of Karimganj border situation
SILCHAR, Dec 16: Janaki Ballav Patnaik, Governor of Assam, visited the Indo-Bangladesh border of Karimganj district today. He made aerial survey of border by helicopter from Silchar airport. He was accompanied by AC Thapliyal, Inspector General, Headquarters BSF, Mizoram and Cachar Frontier.
