Arya Sanskriti Bodhini to celebrate 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda
SILCHAR, Dec 17: In order to commemorate 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, Arya Sanskriti Bodhoni Samiti has chalked a two day long programme on December 22 and 23 at Shyama Charan Vidyapith, Tarapur. Gautam Bhattacharjee, Chief Convener of the Samiti, informed that a workshop on handicraft will be held on December 22 which will be conducted by the teachers of Netaji Fine Arts Academy, besides, various games and sports for the children and cultural shows. Bhattacharjee said that a series of discussions will also be held to mark the occasion. He laid emphasis on the awareness about the life of Vivekananda in today’s era. He appealed for all kinds of help and co-operation from the people.
