ABYSA frets against recruitment of outsiders
SILCHAR, Dec 25: All Barak Youth Students’ Association (ABYSA) demanded to cancel all the recent recruitments for grade III and IV posts in several departments in the Barak Valley.
Addressing a press meet held here this evening, Baharul Islam, Convener of ABYSA, said that all the recent recruitments for grade III and IV posts especially in Health Department and the Cachar Forward Base of ONGC at Srikona were conducted “illegally” as the local educated youths were not given the opportunity either for submitting application or thereby called for interview. All this smacked of a deeper conspiracy to deprive the qualified candidates of this valley of job opportunities with dubious motive, he added.
